Location: Birchwood, WI.		If it is baked like you say, EAGLE ONE-MAG WHEEL CLEANER..it is in the gray bottle that says for ROUGH CAST ALLOY WHEELS...i know walmart & farm & fleet carries it....This will do the trick..POWERFUL STUFF.. AGAIN make sure you get the one that says for ROUGH CAST ALLOY WHEELS..eagle one mag cleaner comes in different STYLES ...!!
