I remember that fish, Al. Cass Lake Outing. Crankbait (custom painted barbless earnie?) tossed up by a pier in HIGH wind, 3+' waves as I recall. We had to use the gas motor to stay off shore while you brought her in. A quick unhook, a couple pics, safely released and then with a long sigh of the fun being just over you smiled wide and sat on the crankbait you forgot you tossed on your boat seat. Ha ha, lucky you only poked holes in yout rain pants!

My racing motor is an early 90's 15hp Merc. But the sticker says it's a 9.9. I've recently had the cylendars(sp) bored out and refit with larger rings. With the wind at my back and the dog on the floor I can get up to 25mph now. Wanna race?
