Hence why it has to be below $10K! Sorry man but had to chuckle at that one. I bought my '01 Tracker Targa 17WT in 2005 for $9500 (being a young engineer at the time but with a wife and 3 kids). Good rig for the money. Ya there's better out there but the price goes up along with its age.
