Anyone ever have a seal go bad on a hydraulic steering piston? Ive been told I have a bad seal and want to have an idea of what Im up against as far as repair cost? If I buy the seal kit is this something I can do at home? What experiences have you had? What have you paid for this repair? They are also attempting to wiegh the cost of repair/bech time invoveld vs straight up replacing the hayraluic piston with a completely new unit.
