The 1850 Raptor Casting Edition has an 8 foot center rod locker. The port side rod locker will hold 8' rods as well. With a little work it would hold longer rods. There is a lot of storage up front. More so than the 1850 fish hawk. My next boat will likely be a 620 but I think the raptor is likely one of the best if not the best aluminum boats out there. I have test rode in one.
