I bought a used 13 1/2 x 20 Raker prop for my 115 E-TEC. It had some nicks and small dings in it that I cleaned up with a file and some polish. After testing the prop last week I found that it does not perform much better than the aluminum. Can anyone suggest a good place to have it repaired and balanced for a reasonable cost? I tested a new Raker a couple of years ago with the same diameter and pitch with impressive results, but this one isn't even close. The new prop gave me about 4mph over the aluminum with great bow lift and no porpoising. The used prop only gave me .5mph, poor bow lift and it still porpoises. Any help would be appreciated.
