Location: Iowa		I got a complete kit for under $50 and did it myself last year on my previous boat. Took a couple hours, but would be quicker after you do it once. I'd get the parts and look up online how to do it. $500 is simply a rip-off for someone who they hope won't know any better. I wouldn't give them ANY business at all.
