I run nine of them for walleyes and they are super slick! Run three for muskies and have trolled double tens at 5 mph+ and you can still easily get the rod out of the holder at that speed to change lures, check for weeds or whatever. They can be a little stiff when new but they break in with use. I run 8 rail mounts and one bolted to the transom. The extensions work great too. Had them on since 2008 and they are flawless. Not cheap but very high quality.
