Marine Tex is great stuff. I am redoing an old Lund and have used to fill in screw holes(above the water line) wet sand smooth and paint it looks like new. Not sure how that will work, but at the same time I don't see anything that isn't a relatively simple repair. However, as stated above, unless the price of this thing reflects the repair and time investment on your part I would move on to the next one.
