DTE, build it big........Mine is 30' x 35' and is still not large enough for all my crap. Go with a 10' door on the side your boat will be in. I have a 9' door and can just squeak in. Mere inches on each side. You never know when you will get a bigger boat. Make sure the the door is tall enough as well. You will want to leave your pedestals in when backing into the garage. You will not always remember to depress them either. I know of this trouble 1st hand. Always easier to get more stuff to fill up the garage. Not so easy to make it bigger.
