I have one and love it. Mine does 42 fully loaded with a 115 yamaha 4 stroke. I kinda like having a smaller motor. I can run for 2-3 full days up in Canada before having to refuel. If I had a 150 I'm sure I would use it when I could, but 40's is fine with me. I know it says it can only take a 7' rods, but mine can hold 8 and a half footers. Big release well works great. I been out in 6' footers and never had any fear that the boat wouldn't get me back.
