Location: Bemidji, Lake Vermilion | Heres a good post for Lowrance. Got my return number last Monday morning, only waited on hold for maybe 5min and got through, the guy I talked to was not "nice" but was efficient. Shipped it out via Postal Service a day later very late (after 5pm). I had email from them of having received it and having my new replacement already boxed and shipping back on Friday. Got it today. I'd call that a pretty good experience, at least this time around with quick turnaround. |
