Location: Stevens Point, WI		I'm guessing you'll need to send it in. Yes, the unit has a two year warranty, it'll be taken care of. Unfortunately some of the very first ones had issues with water getting in, haven't heard of any of this years models having issues. I will touch base with my Lowrance contact and see if he has any other suggestions. Best thing, just give the number a call at Lowrance and get it figured out.
