Location: Bemidji, Lake Vermilion | So, forgot to put the cover on the unit on the bow on Saturday night, I have it sitting the the screen was almost horizontal. Big storm came thru Saturday night. Took it out tonight, the unit will not power up, and I figured out it had a lot of water in it. I was able to shake a bunch out of it, can I just let it dry out and it should be fine, or am I going to have to send it in and get a new unit? I searched as I thought this had been brought up before, but couldn't find it.
TJ - you out there, you'll know right? I'm going to be very upset if I need a new unit, hopefully I don't?? Good thing is I believe it was a 2yr warranty and I just bought it last summer so it should be covered if I do need a new unit I think? |
