I am hoping somebody may know the answer to this problem, My 60 HP Mercury starts up great and has High Rpms in Nuetral only..You can Rev the motor to 4000 Rpm if you wanted to, However each Time I put the motor in Gear it has No High Rpms, and just runs at low speed like it was at 1/5 throttle....Help Someone Please. Thanks Mike. New Fuel with startron did not work....
