Yes you can use the same batteries for both motors. Just remember that if you plan on using both at the same time they will chew up your reserved power twice as fast. Also, if they are running on high simultaneously, you may not have sufficient battery power to let either run to their full capability. I'd make sure to run seperate wires from the batteries to each motor rather than just one set of leads from the batteries to eliminate the closest motor to the batteries hogging the power and to use the battery as a filter to hrlp cut down on switching noise from one motor getting completely unfiltered to the other motor.
