Location: Hopefully on the water		I would check 2 things. The first is the "pee-hole itself to see if anything got in there over the winter to partially block it. Secondly I would check to make sure the hose that connects between the 2 are intact and hooked up right and not cracked. I had a similar issue with the main motor and it was just some sand that got clogged. I was able to ream it out gently and blow it out and no problems after that.
