I am having problems with GPS losing me as well, at higher speeds everything is fine, but when I slow down and drop the trolling motor it is constantly losing me, and as mentioned before i get the postion lost/position acquired beeps quite a bit. I read what someone posted about not having the puck mounted on the dash under the windshiled... since that is where mine is, does the windshiled creat that much interference, I run a single console with a slighlty tinted windshield. any help would be appreciated.

Move that puck and I promise your loosing position will stop, I had the same problem and I moved it and it stoped, I later found out through lowrance that the winsheild blocks your signal. Try to mount it to the top off the windsheild or the front of the boat.
