Location: Kodiak, AK		Is it oxidation or just the scum line? If it's oxidation, depending on how bad it is you'd use anything from a cloth and cleaner to a wheel or buffer and compound. If it's just the scum line, any of the CLR/Lime-Away type products will take it off.
