Since the 75 share the 1.5L block with the 90, 115 and now the 125xs, is it possible to boost the output of this engine?

I have looked around a little, but havent had much luck nailing down what would need to be retrofitted to make this happen. Would I be better off just buying another engine?

Make hp rating on my boat is a 90
