M1,

My house would fit in your garage! 4 more years, and I'm oughta mine. Heading north. Wife already knows. I don't look at no house if it doesn't have a.) a minimum 3 1/2 car, deep, garage, or b.) land to build a shop to house my toys and tools.

My boat fits in my garage straight now. I got a 16' door. Problem is that with the dog kennels, and my yard tools, I've only got enough room for the ATV. Car and truck sits outside untill the boat is stored for the winter.
