Location: Green Bay, WI		How did you narrow it down to your outboard? I had a similar issue in the past, and it turned out to be the automatic bilge pump. So you should verify where that thing is powered (if you have one), if you haven't already. But if you've done that and you are quite confident that this is indeed a draw coming from the engine, then probably it's best to take it in...
