This happened to me a few years ago. Take it somewhere that works on semis, semi trailers, etc... Its's nothing they wouldn't be able to fix. I had mine done in a couple days and $600 bucks later. Hope this helps.

Oh yeah, and ever since then I replace my bearings each year.
