Location: Stevens Point, WI		Just want to add a little to what VMS said. You want to put the silicone in the hole first, but then take the screw and put silicone around the screw, by doing this, it'll seal better around the threads of the screw. Make sure to put silicone around the head of the screw once you have it screwed in.
