I have used silicon spray, which works pretty good as well. I think it works best if you apply it when the bunks are dry, but I just spray mine on after I pull out when they're wet. It seems to last about 8-10 trips to the lake before I need to reapply. Maybe this liquid roller stuff lasts a little longer.

Do not unhook your winch/safety strap until your in the water. I'm used to this coming from a roller trailer, but have heard horror stories about guys that always had glass boats and unhook everything first before backing up. I can't imagine how it would feel to see your nice sparkly boat sitting on the pavement.
