IMO the maxxum is only good for one thing....quicker response. Thats it.
Terrova is the way to go imo.
As far as the PD's are concerned how are the new pedals? I had the older style pedal on my pd and would go through at least 2 pedals a season, at 70 bucks a crack this was bogus, when I bought my terrova I bought a spare pedal...that was over 2 years ago, its never been out of the rod locker. never had a issue with my pedal. to me thats worth the extra cost to buy the terrova, plus they turn a little faster too.
