Location: Stevens Point, WI | I owned and fished out of a 2006 1760 DW(Dual Walk through) for one year and loved it. The boat fishes much bigger than you'd think. I had a 150 Optimax on it and like Mike said, ran low 50's and handled any water I through at it no problem. It's got a very large front deck, huge livewell for bait, storage was great(including a rod locker that accepted 8'6 rods on the top shelf, 8'0 rods on the lower shelves) and just an easy overall boat to run. If it weren't for the Tuffy X-190, I'd still be running a 1760 due to the waters I fish. If I were looking to buy a 1760 again however, I'd go with the 1760 GC. The extra room with the GC model is incredible! |
