Another vote for the 80 Terrova. Each has their place, but I'm all about the Terrova. Bass guys hate them because they're don't turn as fast as a cable drive, and because they pretty much only ever fish from the bow. Muskie guys like them for reasons Mike listed, and I like it for the option of the remote. I carry my foot pedal in the event I lose a remote, but I use CoPilot all the time. And again, for the same reasons Mike mentions. I can run the motor from anywhere in the boat, and I'm balancing on a foot pedal in 3' seas. Terrova is a great motor.
