I have a Maxum Quantum that works excellent for both fishing and skiing. Livewell, ski storage, plenty of storage front and back, seats 5, big casting decks front and back. The 2 outer back seats remove and can be placed on pedastals on the front and back of the boat. For towing, there is a tripod that has quick connects to mount on the rear deck. The rope then goes over the motor. Not sure if they still make these boats, though. Mine was bought new in '93 and I put a new '94 Mercury on it. The boat had it's fair share of use from 6 kids skiing, tubing, wakeboarding, etc for the first 10yrs of its life. I personally fish more than ski, but that will probably get evened out as my own 3 kids get older.
