I love my Hbird. But to answer your XM WX question it's a real bummer because it only works in the US. In the fine print it states that it does not include Canada. I asked a similar question on another forum and was lucky to have a guy answer that had used it on LOTW. My thinking was that even though Canada was not included maybe there was a bit of leeway right on the border, but apparently there isn't. He stated that your radar cuts off right on the border in the middle of LOTW. So your fine if the storm is approaching from the south, but if it's coming from the north you are SOL as far as seeing it on your unit.
