I'm not a banker, but a buddy's wife who is say they go off of NADA prices, so that's what matters when it comes time to buy/sell. As far as valuing them separately, I'd not worry about that until it comes time for a loan. When I bought my boat from Sled, I was approved for $XX,XXX for the boat and then $X,XXX for the motor, and that was the combined amount of what I was approved for. So when you go to price it, price it accordingly to cover both.
