the front deck is fine and the bottom of the rod locker is all rotted out but I figured I would just glass a piece of wood and carpet it and slide it in there, no need to pull the whole cap off just to replace the rod locker bottom. the stringers are fine and the side decks seem to be alright also, I haven't gotten into the transom yet but when I move the motor up and down it doesn't move so I am hopeful on that one, I thought about just putting the control panel on the front of the rear casting deck but I don't want it to get kicked.
