Definitely repairable, and it looks like you might have had a run in with a bit of Granite, but am unsure. I would say if you have a chance, take it to a repair facility and see what kind of quote they would give you. If the repair cost is more than what you could get for trade in on the boat if it were undamaged, then I would say take the loss and trade it.

Never hit anything, I'm baffled as to how badly it got damaged without me knowing. It has to be of how hard this boat pounds on the water with any sort of chop. If I were to repair I'd be looking to do the work myself..
