jj is right. how much water is there? is it like milky oil colored or clear water. if it is milky i will bet it is water in the fuel tank. if its clear it will be the o-ring on the spark plug hole.

LOST FOAM means that they built the heads right into the block. it was a cost efficient way to build a block and engine and works well. The iron is poured into a mold and when it sets up it melts away the foam, IE lost foam.
