The only holes in the boat are the livewell fittings and the boat plug with the boat on the trailer. Take the back panel out, plug the holes on the outside of the boat with corks, and fill the livewell to overflowing. Look at the fittings at the livewell and at the hull with a flashlight, where water comes out, that's your leak. It also can come in through the splashwell every time you stop if the boot for the wiring isn't sealed. If no water is coming out of the boat plug when there is water in the hull, that isn't it either. Check the pump itself as well, while looking at the fittings. Some times the O ring goes out in the pump and it leaks.
