Guys do it here on LSC all the time. Mostly trollers in boats with high gunwhales you can't hang over and revive the fish. They're using them to revive the fish, or to transport the fish to the scales. Some guys make their own from a wooden box they make with screws and wood glue and lined with fiberglass. They plumb it with a simple aerator pump to circulate the water. Some use the washdown plumbing already installed on their boats.

There's also a gentleman who makes "FISH ThANKS" I want to say they run about $300. He doesn't have a website or anything that I know of, so maybe one of the LSC trollers can chime in and give the info.
