I'm gonna take a chance on this and say you have a blown head gasket...if it's coming out the cylinder that is not a good sign. If you are lucky it may be just a bad waterjacket gasket and it is leaking by the first cylinder...

One way to tell if it is the head gasket is if compression is bad. Do a compression test on the cylinders and see what you find. If they are not within 5psi of each other, you have a bad head gasket/seal.
