I just bought my first boat decent today and have my first question. I know the TM batteries (24v) were very low, and the indicator on the TM also said so. I plugged in the Guest charger (10,10A) and waited for about a minute, but the green lights stayed on indicating the batteries were good to go. I plugged in a normal charger and after awhile I checked the TM indicator again and indeed the normal charger was putting in a charge. I tried the Guest again with the same results. There was a high pitch whine/whistle coming from the Geust. I also detached the Guest from the batteries and re-attached them thinking that might reset the unit but no dice. Also the green lights stayed on even when it was disconnected from the batteries (but still plugged in). Do I just have to wait longer and the Guest will eventually indicate it is charging or is the unit shot? Is there a way to reset the charger?
