It's not related to sunrise/set. When I check the satellites page, it's got a full list with good signal, the fun part is that my 520 is on the console and NEVER loses signal so I'm 99% sure it's related to the 38 unit. The puck is mounted on the hull with a free view of the sky, unobstructed.

If it was once in a while, I wouldn't care. But this is constantly and seemingly at random. I should take a picture of the screen of my trail from last saturday, there are about 50 start/stop points on the trail from a 4 hour stint on a 1200 acre lake. Fishing in the wind and trying to stay at/on/near a specific location is impossible with the unit doing this. Most of those start stop points required me to stop fishing and power cycle the unit for it to keep working.
