Subject: Tuffy 1760 DW Help

In the next year or so I want to buy a new boat. I really like the Tuffy 1760 DW.
I have some questions about this boat maybe some of you can answer.

I fish muskies and pike 75% of the time and walleyes and other fish 25% of the time. I do a lot of trolling well into the fall so I like the idea of having the walkthru windshield. My question is what size of motor should I get for this boat?
I was thinking between a 90 thru 115 horse motor. My buddy tells me there is no way I can troll down to 2mph with a 115. I really have no desire to MAX out the boat as it will probably be the last boat I ever buy.

I want to be able to troll down to as low as 2mph. I really want a 4 stroke Honda, Yamaha, or Suzuki motor and I probably won't end up buying an additional kicker motor. Does Tuffy sell boats with anything besides Mercury?

Also, most of the lakes I fish are well under 10,000 acres but I would like to be able to fish on bigger water like Mille Lacs or Lake Michigan every now and then.

I drive all over the place to go fishing so I don't want a boat that's too big for some of Wisconsins smaller lakes and shallow launches.

Can the 1760 handle the big and little stuff? I'm looking for a perfect compromise and this boat seems to be it.

If anybody can help me out I would really appreciate it. And you can move this to the Boats and Motors forum if you wish.

Thank you and stay safe this summer.
