I did the same thing on LOTW a couple of years ago to my 225 VMax, mangled the prop bad. Took the lower unit and the prop to a prop shop they did a great job on both, didn't think they would be able to fix the prop but it looks like new now. I think I only paid $250 or $300 for both, you may want to look into a prop shop for the repairs.
