Don't really know how you'd go about that with those holders. I've used three different ones over the years and most were either swivel tube types, made by Bystrom I believe, where they were attached to a screw in base with a long allen screw through the holder swivel, or had bases bolted into the gunnels from the sides where they just pushed down into them ala Robert's, or rail mounts like my current Folbe holders. In my opinion, the Folbe holders are the best by far of all the ones I've ever used including the Down East variety. Sorry I couldn't offer any better ideas.
