Sounds like a cracked or warped head or cracked block and you're getting water and or fuel into the oil The water will settle to the bottom, so it'd come out first when you drain it. Sounds like you might have issues. How old is the motor?

I don't claim to be a motor expert, but that's the first thing that comes to my mind.
