Get a 1/4" sheet of black Lexan. You could also get a sheet of thick gauge Polypropylene (I've only worked with up to 55ga., but I think it comes in 130(ish)gauge. There is a company called Western Plastics (I think in Addison, IL) You can google them. Once you get your layout set up try contacting a smaller local silk screen shop and see if you can get them to print whatever info you need on it (Bilge, nav. lights, etc.....or personalize it w/ custom art/ logo). You could probably sweet talk them into a sample run price for something like this. Better yet find one who likes to fish.

....or how about diamond plate. That could look friggin sweet.
