Location: Hayward, WI		I'll play the devil's advocate a little. How are the landings you usually use? If you're sure the 18' boat can easily get in and out of the landings you use, and you have the storage space, vehicle to pull it, etc. then I would go for the 18 footer too. If you're fishing Lake Superior at all I would think the extra size would be nice. If fishing 3 people fairly often the 18' would probably be nice too.
