That boat has a bit of rock damage - the bottom hull shot tells the story. "She's been rode hard & put up wet!" . She needs a complete gel coat rework. The price would have to be pretty attractive to offset the cost of gel coat repair. You definitely shouldn't put her in the water without repairs. If water gets ingress into the glass you will get blisters/bubbles.
