Fer sher impact on the first one. It looks like that boat has been used! The good thing about fiberglass is that it's like metal in that it's always repairable- depending on how much you want to put into it- and in the hands of someone that knows what they're doing, the repair will be as good as new.

I agree with Steve, that what you have there doesn't look too severe, but does need to be addressed.
