Sell it for whatever you want to sell it for.

If you want to really really sell it, then put in for sale for $200.
If you don't really want to sell it that bad, and can wait for somebody to pay $450 for it, then do that.

Sell it for whatever YOU need out of it, not what others tell you to sell it for.
