50-50 mix of vinegar and water, a nylon scrub brush and go to it. If it is just a hard-water or calcium deposit line, it will come off quick. I have used limeaway as well as CLR, and they do the job as well. Just be sure to spot check those before using...wouln't want to somehow fade the paint or stickers...
