Third on the bleach/warm water. The Dechlorinator (Stress coat or any dechlor will do) is a good idea, especially if you don't have the time to let the live well dry out. The bleach will turn to gas and dissipate if given time to dry. I don't use any other chemicals in the live well. (Careful with the bleach around your boat carpet)
